There are so many schemes run by govt and other NGO's to students.
In absence of proper guidance and knowledge people those who deserve the the aid and schemes run by govt never reaches to them.

legislative actions were also taken during this period, including the introduction of the Higher Education and Research Bill, the Educational Tribunal Bill and the Foreign Educational Institutions Bill, to enhance transparency and quality in the sector. Building excellence in higher education more emphasizes are given in 12th plan by govt.
